It is so satisfying for the doctors to hear the following, almost daily: “I feel so much
better!” and “Why didn’t I come in here years ago?” Don’t wait; call now and feel better
today!
Exercise Therapy
Specially trained in assessing and treating musculo-skeletal injuries, our doctors have successfully treated
thousands of patients with work injuries, automobile accident injuries, and sporting injuries, using exercise therapy and
rehabilitation.
Following his chiropractic training, Dr. Trimble successfully completed over 100
hours of post graduate certification in exercise rehabilitation. This training makes our clinic doctors uniquely
qualified to help patients better understand their individual exercise needs.
In addition to providing patients
with the best chiropractic treatment possible, we offer our patients rehabilitation programs, including therapy and supervised
exercises, in the clinic. The in-office therapy sessions are complemented by a home exercise program designed for each
individual patient’s needs.
Exercise therapy is an integral part of ensuring that patients not only get
out of pain, but stay out of pain by working to correct the problem, not just treat the pain.

Acupuncture
Sharon Francel , licensed and certified acupuncturist, performs these services in our clinic.
What
is acupuncture?
Acupuncture is a method of encouraging
the body to promote healing and improve function. This is done by inserting needles and sometimes applying heat or electrical
stimulation at very precise acupuncture points. Stimulation can also be done using non-needle techniques.
How
does acupuncture work?
The classical Chinese explanation
is that channels of energy run in regular patterns through the body and over its surface. These energy channels, called
meridians, are like rivers flowing through the body to irrigate and nourish the tissue. An obstruction in the movement
of these energy rivers is like a dam that backs up the flow of energy. Acupuncture unblocks the obstruction at the dams
and re-establishes the flow through the meridians.
What can acupuncture help?
The World Health Organization recognizes the use of acupuncture in the treatment of a wide range of health problems, including:
• Digestive problems
• Respiratory disorders
• Neurological and muscular
disorders
• Urinary, menstrual and reproduction problems
• Tension, stress and emotional conditions
